Rental Process
- Available for both Commercial & Residential Customers
- Driver’s License Photo Required to create a profile and complete payment
- Online Sign-in & Reservations available, with in-store tablets for customers to book equipment, monitored by PRSC staff
- Self-Service Rentals – When staff is unavilable in-store, customers can use a QR code or equipment number or rental (in progress)
- Large Equipment & Bins Stored in the Yard – Available for in-store pickup or delivery
Membership Discount Program
- As a Canadian rental company, we value long-term partnerships and offer exclusive benefits to contractors and builders through our membership discount program:
- Bronze Member – 5% rental discount (After 3 months)
- Silver Member – 10% rental discount (After 6 months)
- Gold Member – 15% rental discount (After 9 months)
- Platinum Member – 20% rental discount (After 1 year)
Operations / Policies
- Reservation Deadline: All rentals must be reserved by 3 PM for next-day 6 AM delivery
- GPS Tracking: All rental tools and machines are equipped with GPS for security and tracking
- Late Fees Apply for overdue returns
- Delivery Charges include both drop-off and pickup for large machinery
- Software Support: Powered by Orion Software, our system supports both online & in-store management, including:
